Aries, Rahu Is About to Push Your Career Higher. Here’s the Catch

Aries, of all the rashis, you may get the most dramatic career opportunity from this transit.

On 25 November 2026, Rahu enters your 10th house, the house of career, status and public reputation. For about 18 months, it pushes you toward bigger roles, more visibility and, for some of you, an entirely new field. At the same time, Ketu settles into your 4th house of home, mother and inner peace, and asks for something in return.

But there’s a bigger picture that most predictions for Aries are missing. You are already in the first phase of Saturn’s Sade Sati, with Saturn in your 12th house. In June 2027, in the middle of this transit, Saturn steps onto your Moon for the first time. So this Rahu–Ketu transit is not only a career opportunity. It is your preparation window: the time to build a career and a home life strong enough to carry you through the heaviest part of your Sade Sati.

Rahu in your 10th, Ketu in your 4th

Rahu in the 10th is one of the strongest positions Rahu can occupy. The 10th house is your work, your authority, your reputation in the world. Rahu here brings ambition, visibility and opportunities that seem to come from nowhere: a promotion, a leadership role, a move into a new industry, sometimes public recognition. It particularly favours technology, media, politics, and anything unconventional or international.

And look at where Rahu sits. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, and for Aries, Saturn is your 10th and 11th lord. So Rahu is in your 10th house, in the sign of your own 10th lord. That makes this a deeply career-focused transit. The realistic caution is that Rahu in the 10th can make you overreach: promising more than you can deliver, or taking shortcuts to get ahead. In Saturn’s sign, shortcuts are always caught eventually.

Ketu in the 4th creates distance from home. You may feel restless where you live, distant from your family, or worried about your mother’s health. Property matters can drag or become complicated. Sometimes Ketu here simply means you’re so busy with work that home feels like a place you only sleep in.

Ketu sits in Cancer, the Moon’s sign, and for Aries, the Moon rules your 4th. So Ketu is in your 4th, in the sign of your 4th lord. The theme of home is doubled.

This is the classic career-versus-home transit, and for Aries it’s stronger than for any other rashi.

And then there’s Saturn. Your Sade Sati began in March 2025, when Saturn entered Pisces, your 12th house. On 3 June 2027, Saturn enters your own sign, where it is debilitated, and begins the peak of your Sade Sati. It returns to Pisces in October 2027, then comes back to Aries in February 2028 to stay. From Aries, Saturn’s 10th aspect falls on Capricorn, your 10th house, precisely where Rahu sits. So the career Rahu helps you build in the first half of 2027 will be tested by Saturn from June. Build it well.

Three phases, three different stories

Rahu and Ketu give the results of the nakshatra lords they pass through, and each lord rules particular houses for an Aries. So the 18 months unfold as three distinct chapters.

Phase one, 25 November 2026 to about late March 2027: your career, your way. Rahu sits in Dhanishta, ruled by Mars, your own sign lord. Rahu in your 10th, working through the planet that represents you, makes this the most personal career phase of the transit. It’s about leadership, initiative and making your own mark: starting something of your own, taking charge of a team, building a name.

Mars also rules your 8th house, so sudden changes at work are possible, and careers in research, insurance or crisis management do particularly well. Meanwhile Ketu sits in Ashlesha, ruled by Mercury, your 3rd and 6th lord. In your 4th house, that often means property disagreements with siblings or relatives, renovation headaches, or concern about your mother’s health.

Phase two, about late March to early December 2027: career and home collide. Rahu moves into Shravana, ruled by the Moon, your 4th lord. Now your 10th and 4th houses link directly. Typical results are a job that requires relocation, working from home becoming permanent, a career in real estate or property, or your mother’s needs directly affecting your work. Balancing both is the central challenge of 2027.

From about August, Ketu moves into Pushya, ruled by Saturn, your 10th and 11th lord. It’s a quiet signal that work is pulling you away from home more than is healthy.

Phase three, about early December 2027 to June 2028: recognition for your intelligence. Rahu enters Uttarashadha, ruled by the Sun, your 5th lord. The 5th house is intelligence, creativity, children and advisory work. Career recognition in this phase often comes through your ideas: teaching, consulting, creative work, strategy. Ketu moves through Pushya and finally into Punarvasu, ruled by Jupiter, your 9th and 12th lord, bringing a more spiritual atmosphere at home, and sometimes a move abroad.

Your nakshatra: how much runway you have

Neither Rahu nor Ketu crosses an Aries Moon during this transit. But Saturn does begin to. Saturn moves slowly through Aries over the next few years, reaching each nakshatra at a different time. So your nakshatra decides how this Rahu–Ketu transit relates to the peak of your Sade Sati: whether the two overlap, or whether this transit is your preparation time.

These dates are approximate. Saturn turns retrograde each year, so its passage over a particular degree can stretch across several months.

If you’re born in Ashwini, this transit asks the most of you. Rahu is pushing your career upward while Saturn begins pressing directly on your Moon. That combination can bring real achievement, but also exhaustion. Your guiding principle should be: grow in the first half of 2027, then protect. Ashwini is Ketu’s own nakshatra, so many Ashwini natives will also feel Ketu’s pull from your 4th house unusually strongly. Home life needs conscious attention.

If you’re born in Bharani or Krittika, you have time on your side. Saturn won’t reach your Moon until after this transit ends. Use the full 18 months of Rahu in your 10th to build a career strong enough to carry you through the heavier years that follow. Think of it as constructing the house before the monsoon.

Your windows: when to move, when to hold

Your best months: late January to late June 2027

From about 25 January to 26 June 2027, Jupiter moves into Cancer, your 4th house, where it is exalted. It sits beside Ketu there, and its 7th aspect falls on Capricorn, your 10th, onto Rahu. For Aries, that means Jupiter blesses both sides of this transit at once: home by its presence, career by its gaze.

These five months are your clearest opportunity. Make the career move, accept the bigger role, launch what you’ve been planning, and settle your property and family decisions. Buying a home in this window is especially well supported, with an exalted Jupiter sitting in your 4th house.

Your demanding months: June to October 2027, and from February 2028

On 3 June 2027, Saturn enters your own sign, debilitated. Your Sade Sati reaches its peak. From your Moon, Saturn looks at three places at once: your 3rd house (effort, siblings), your 7th (marriage, partnerships), and your 10th, where Rahu sits.

Realistically, expect tiredness, heavier responsibility at work, slower results, and more strain in close relationships. The career you built under Jupiter will be tested now. If it was built honestly, it will hold. Saturn returns to Pisces, your 12th house, on 20 October 2027, which brings some relief, though sleep and expenses still need watching. Saturn comes back to Aries in February 2028 to stay.

There’s an important softening factor. From 26 June 2027, Jupiter is back in Leo, your 5th house, and its 9th aspect falls directly on Aries, on your Moon, right where Saturn is sitting. Through the heaviest months, Jupiter is watching over you. That’s why I’d describe these months as demanding rather than dangerous.

The practical rule for Aries: build and buy before June 2027; from June, hold your ground and protect your health; let Jupiter’s gaze carry you through.

Putting it together: a worked example

Take an Aries man with his Moon at 2° Aries, in Ashwini. He’s a mid-career manager who wants to leave his job and start his own consultancy, and he and his wife want to buy a flat.

His Moon is in the earliest degrees of Aries, so Saturn reaches it almost as soon as it enters the sign: first between June and October 2027, then again from February 2028. Those are the months to avoid starting anything major.

So he moves everything forward. Phase one, with Rahu in his 10th working through Mars, his own sign lord, is the most personal career phase of the transit, so he registers the consultancy and resigns in February or March 2027, once Jupiter’s gaze is on his 10th. He and his wife book the flat between March and May, with an exalted Jupiter sitting in their 4th house.

From June, he doesn’t try to grow the consultancy. He serves his first few clients well, builds a reputation, and protects his health and his marriage, since Saturn’s 7th aspect falls on his 7th house. He also makes sure the flat’s paperwork is completed before June, while Ketu’s restlessness in his 4th is still protected by Jupiter.

By the time Saturn settles on his Moon in 2028, he has a home, a small business with a solid reputation, and a family that wasn’t neglected along the way.

Aligning with the energy: your plan

Understand the energy, see where it sits, and plan your life around it. For an Aries, this is what that means.

Rahu in your 10th: climb, but build the ladder properly. Rahu wants you higher. Capricorn, your 10th lord’s own sign, tells you how: through responsibility, patience and results that can be verified. So say yes to the bigger role, but only the one you can genuinely deliver on.

Build a reputation for reliability, not just ambition. Learn the new skills your industry is moving toward, because Rahu rewards the cutting edge. And keep everything above board: in Saturn’s sign, every shortcut taken now gets examined later, and Saturn will be looking directly at your 10th house from June 2027.

Ketu in your 4th: be present at home on purpose. Ketu creates distance from home whether you want it or not. Align with it by making your presence deliberate rather than accidental. Set fixed family time that work doesn’t override.

Check on your mother regularly, and don’t wait for a problem. Ketu also loosens attachment to a particular house or city, so if a move makes sense for your career, this transit supports it.
