There are a total of 12 houses in a birth chart, out of which nine indicate growth, while only three indicate degeneration. Similarly, there are nine planets in Vedic astrology, all of which have been vested with a specific purpose in our life. At times, we wrongly co-relate troubles with bad time, and completely ignore the cosmic connection behind it. Let’s take the example of one of the most dreaded planets, Saturn. Saturn is considered synonyms with sorrow, delay and obstacles. But for a life to grow inside a mother’s womb, it needs nine months (delay), there is pain (sorrow) and the baby has to struggle to come out (obstacles). A disruption at any stage can prove to be fatal for the health of the baby. Similarly, our life also needs to go through these processes to become strong and durable. Astrology helps us identify and diagnose the final outcome of an event, thus making the process enduring and enriching.

Neeraj Dhankher is one the most sought-after personal and business astrologers in the world. He has been practicing Vedic astrology for more than 24 years. Mr Neeraj did his primary education from Cambrian Hall, Dehra Dun, and senior secondary schooling from The Army Public School, New Delhi. He completed his graduation and post-graduation from Delhi University. He subsequently did his masters in journalism. He qualified the Indian Civil Service (Mains) Examination, but opted to pursue his passion towards astrology.
He has also worked as a business journalist with premier news agencies with expertise in sectors like oil and gas, power, coal and mining, renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, telecommunication, auto-component, FMCG and education. He also worked as a business and communications consultant for various Indian and global corporates like Adfactors and Genesis Burson-Marsteller. During the course of his corporate journey, he worked closely with the Managing Directors, CEOs and CXOs of companies like Uber, General Electric (GE), Schneider Electric, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd, ICRA, Indus Towers, Sare Homes and Kwality Ltd. This rich exposure considerably shaped his journey as a business astrologer.
