3. AI Bot Usage & Limitations

Algorithmic Predictions: Vedic principles are the basis for our AI bots’ sophisticated algorithms. Although solid efforts have been made to ensure accurate results, artificial intelligence may produce results that are sometimes not quite as expected.

User Responsibility: As an individual providing information (birth data, questions) to either of the bots, you are ultimately responsible for the information you provide. You will receive inaccurate results if the birth data or questions entered are not correct.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Digital Products: Because all digital products are delivered electronically in the form of a digital report or AI-generated insight, there are no refunds for digital products.

Consultations: Cancellations for 1-on-1 sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule or partial refund.

Courses: Once your payment is accepted, you will have access to the “Learn Astrology” modules. Refund policies for the “Learn Astrology” courses will be determined based on the specific terms mentioned at the time of the purchase.

5. Data Privacy & Communication

Consent: Providing us with your email address and mobile number means you consent to receiving your predictions as well as occasional marketing updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Compliance: We process all personal information in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, governing the use of personal data. At any point, you can ask for an opt-out of marketing communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to articles, bot logic, logos and course materials, is the sole and exclusive property of Astro Zindagi. Reproduction or distribution in any form without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Astro Zindagi or its founders cannot be held liable for any loss or damage directly, indirectly, or as a Consequential Result of your use of our services, or reliance on any astrological prediction you make through this site.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the law of India. Disputes that arise under or in connection with this Agreement will be exclusively heard by the Courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
